The server went down for the past one weeks and was restarted on October 10th, 2017. We thank all users who reported the problems and apologize for not being able to reply individually.

The server went down on October 12 and has been restarted on October 13. We thank all users who reported the problems and apologize for not being able to reply individually.

The server was reported to have gone down on July 5th, 2016 and has been restarted on July 6th.

Dear users:

As many of you have noticed, our server has been down for about three weeks during the winter holiday season in February 2016. The reason is that a disk was full due to heavy usage of the system. Down with it, is our mail server!!! As a result, we have not been able to respond to emails reporting this problems. It is up-running now. We apologize that we will not be able to thank and notify each individual who has reported the problem to us. If there are any other problems, please feel free to contact us.
